Then let SEM configure a premier performance package to meet your needs. Each of our premier packages starts with SEM's rock solid base disintegrator. We add (2) additional cutting knives creating a 5 blade solid rotor providing additional cutting inertia and 2400 more cuts per minute. Depending on the model of disintegrator, horsepower is increased 5-15 HP. Couple that with a larger material evacuation system and it all equals 30-40% increased capacity. In addition to increased capacity, other performance benefits include reduced noise levels, less power consumption, lower vibration and ability to handle greater material thickness.
